3. Account Registration and Security

4.2 Fair Play

We use Random Number Generation (RNG) technology certified by independent testing agencies to ensure fair gameplay. Any form of cheating, collusion, or use of unauthorized software will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

5. Financial Transactions

5.1 Deposits

You may deposit funds into your account using various payment methods:

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal of winnings is subject to:

• Processing time (24-48 hours for approved requests)
• Deduction of applicable TDS as per Indian law
• Compliance with anti-money laundering regulations

5.3 Taxes

You are solely responsible for any tax implications arising from your winnings. We deduct TDS at 30% on net winnings exceeding ₹10,000 in a financial year as per Section 194BA of the Income Tax Act, 1961.

6. User Conduct and Restrictions

While using our services, you agree not to:

• Engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity
• Use automated systems, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Collude with other players or engage in any form of cheating
• Transfer, sell, or trade your account to another person
• Use offensive language or engage in harassment of other users
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code
• Circumvent any regional restrictions or geo-blocking mechanisms

Violation of these conduct guidelines may result in suspension or termination of your account and legal action where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality available on the AS Games platform, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, icons, images
• Software code, algorithms, and design elements
• Game mechanics and rules
• Audio and visual elements

are the exclusive property of AS Games or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any rights to:

• Resell or commercially use our services
• Collect and use any product listings or descriptions
• Make derivative uses of our services or contents
• Use data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services immediately ceases
• Any outstanding winnings will be processed subject to these terms
• We may retain your information as necessary for legal or operational purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions
• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity
• We are required to do so by law
• Your account is inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months)

Upon termination for violation of these terms, any balance in your account may be forfeited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AS Games shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from:
  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
  • Interruptions or cessation of transmission to or from our services
  • Bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted through our services

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount of ₹1000 or the amount you have paid us in the last three months, whichever is greater.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through informal negotiations.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, in the English language.

Notwithstanding the above, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief to protect our intellectual property rights in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and AS Games.

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

11.3 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

11.4 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
